As we unveil in the last posts, we are celebrating it with a series of videos to present The Voices of Arcadia, starring the amazing voice actors who have helped us to breathe life into American Arcadia’s characters.

Present yourself and the character you voice.

Hi my name is Krizia Bajos and I play Angela Solano in American Arcadia.

What were your first impressions about American Arcadia?

My first impressions of the script, oh my gosh, I thought this was a really original idea, especially with what's going on nowadays, the industries and everybody's just like rising up against the man, right? And corporate greed, and all of that, it's very timely!

I saw the script or I read the script after I saw the pitch deck and it was so visually pleasing to me that I was like…this is this is really dope!

This vintage looking dope like 70s feel with all the characters and the colors.

And then my character just kind of juxtaposes all of that because she's like the new more on edge, modern kind of feel and so I just liked them two playing against each other, but with each other at the same time.

What can you tell us about Angela?

My character Angela she's really cool she's Puerto Riqueña, you know, which my family was raised in Puerto Rico so I'm Cuban background Caribbean, you know flavor all the way and I was able to add a couple of fun spicy words, that they allowed me to add do it to honor her passion I would say.

I like that she's she is super smart she's with it but she's also messy, and a little disorganized.

This is the job she always wanted and, as with most things, kind of like The Wizard of Oz, you peek behind the curtain and you're like “Oh man it's not what I thought”, you know?

And so as scary as it might be, she puts her life on the line, she puts herself on the line, you know? She's like I can't just sit around and watch this guy go to his death because he's the most unpopular guy in Arcadia like this is… this is insane!
